TalexHub provides AI agent outsourcing services. We connect businesses with trained AI professionals skilled in performing specialized tasks using cutting-edge AI tools across diverse industries.

The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement between you and TALEX BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED.

Fees and Payment

In consideration for the services provided, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.

All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these Terms or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TALEX BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TALEX BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
